Mediterranean food has been my favorite for as long as I can remember. So when I found this recipe book I HAD to have it. And since Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite stores, I though “why not do a recipe with all TJ ingredients!?” Hence my healthy salad, Trader Joe’s Recipe! 🙌🏽
Israeli Couscous Salad | Trader Joe’s Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 box Israeli Couscous
- 5 cocktail cucumbers or 1 regular
- marinated mozzerella (also love their marinated feta)
- 1 cup sweet cherry tomatoes sliced
- Fresh basil to taste (I use approx 5 leaves) chopped
- Balsamic glaze to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
🥗 Prepare couscous as instructed on box
🥗 Slice all vegetable (finely chop the basil)
Repeat.
We love topping with our favorite fruits in our house too!
