Cellulite | is it bad?
“Cellulite” Do you hear that word and cringe? If so, why???
What you’ve been told to think about cellulite.
I don’t know when, how or where cellulite got linked to such negative images, because the truth is EVERYONE has it, whether on a mild or severe level varies, but everyone has it on some level. And it should not be linked to your self worth.
Even little babies have cellulite. I myself have some on my thighs and bum. Cellulite does NOT equal ugly, bad, out of shape, flawed…or any of those terms, yes it’s true that there are those who are “out of shape” or in poor health with more visible dimples than others, but that does not automatically mean the two are related.
So get it out of your head that if you have some dimples in your thighs, you are not beautiful, or something is wrong with you. Get it out now!!!
Does Cellulite need to be treated?
Now does it get to a point where something “should” be done about it? Well that all depends on you. Treatment isn’t necesarry (according to Mayo clinic). So if you decide “I want to do something about this” my advice is just make sure the motivation behind it is not because of any of the pronouns listed above. 😉
aka “If” “then i will be pretty, worthy, lovable, healthy, attractive etc”
Do cellulite creams actually work?
Truthfully, I don’t know haha.
I will say I’ve been using this Beauty Bum cream (currently on sale!) for almost a year now, and I’m hooked. Now before you start thinking “wait you went off on a rant about how cellulite doesn’t need to be treated, but now you’re trying to treat it?”
I started using this because the Beauty Fit company sent me some to try. I though “huh why not, if it works, great, if not I’m no worse off 🤷🏻♀️
Though I honestly haven’t noticed any decrease in cellulite per se, I have noticed the overall texture of my skin has shifted, and I like it. Primarily I love putting this on because of the smell lol.
Here’s what I’ve liked about this Beauty Bum cream in a nutshell.
The smell (the cotton candy is to die for! It smells exactly like the perfume Pink Sugar)
The burn! It heats the areas you apply it to. This is supposed to help bring circulation and break down fat cells.
Tone: Even my husband noticed and commented on how tight my skin looks
Overall do I RECOMMEND this cream?
If you’re looking for a “treatment” and legit want to clear out those cellulite dimples, I don’t believe this will give you the results in the time frame you’re looking for.
If you’re wanting some toning in the look and texture of your skin, through the means of a yummy smelling product, I think it’s worth a try!
