Why a vegan yogurt recipe?
This yogurt is going to fit right in with the ever growing “vegan” movement.
Though I myself am not 100% vegan, I do eat meat and dairy very rarely.
However I really should go full vegan because when I’m not eating dairy, I feel WONDERFUL! Why on earth would I deliberately NOT do something that makes me feel wonderful?
Oh that’s right…because ice cream and yogurt parfaits are some of my favorite things!
But fortunately this vegan yogurt recipe has allowed me to still have my yummy parfaits and feel WONDERFUL! 😜
Symptoms of a diet high in dairy
*Can be found on webMd and other sources
- acne
- bloat
- constipation
- IBS
- fatigue
I’m an advocate for listening to your own body. Some bodies/blood types (go check out “Eat Right For Your Blood Type) can digest dairy easier than others. If you feel sluggish, heavy or bloated after eating certain foods, that’s good sign to take a closer look at what you ate.
