Protein Packed Waffles

These protein waffles are a delicious go-to for our family. They aren’t difficult and they freeze really well if you want to make extras for a quick meal later.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kodiak waffle mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (using Kirkaland 3 berry medly)
- 2 Tbl organic maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together and scoop 1/2 cup of mix onto waffle iron.
Top with berries and syrup
It’s that simple!
Adding a glass of almond milk or fresh orange juice really brings it all together for me.
