As many of you know, I’m a busy mom of four little ones, so I’m always looking for ways to slow down, and relax. One of the activities I recently discovered that helps me do just that is coloring! Now, I know that coloring often gets associated with young children, but it’s actually great for us grown ups as well, so let’s reap the many benefits of coloring.
Even if you don’t consider yourself an “artist” or even remotely creative, coloring offers a great way to express yourself and try something new. I also find keeping a Self Care/Gratitude journal incredibly beneficial. So when I came across THIS coloring book that is also a Self Care journal, I HAD to have it!.
