A Desert Hot Springs all to ourselves!

The perfect way to wrap up our trip was staying a few days at a hidden desert hot springs with crystal-clear, inviting waters – all to ourselves! 💦 💦 💦

For three glorious hours, we swam and spent time together as a family in our own little  “private paradise.”  And not only was it secluded, but it was FREE! (who isn’t a fan of that!?)

We couldn’t have asked for a better camp site either, it was right on the edge of a lake, with a fire pit, picnic table, and trees for Harley girl to climb.

One of my favortes things was the fact that the kids (Roman in particular) could could stand right at the water edge and throw stones into the lake. We honestly had the simplest, yet best time skipping stones with the kids.
Because we’ve been living with the basics these last couple weeks, I feel it’s given us all a newfound love for life, and altogether, I feel we’ve (especially the kids) grown for the better in various ways. ❤️
