Greek Gyro Shrimp Salad
Surf n’ Turf inspired Greek Gyro Tzatziki salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- mixed greens
- power greens
- baby tomatoes
- sliced cooked beets
- grilled shrimp
- gyro meat (pre-cooked from Trader Joe’s)
- Tzatziki sauce (from Trader Joe’s)
First cook the shrimp in a skillet, mildly salt.
Then simply combine all ingredients to taste.

This Greek Gyro inspired salad is like a Gyro minus the bread, with the addition of shrimp (optional). The two key ingredients that bring it together are the Gyro meat and Tzatziki sauce, both from Trader Joe’s.
