Sundays are my favorite. We’re always together as a family, and it’s always a pretty chill laid back day. We usually hang out in our pjs all morning, I don’t do my makeup until late afternoon (if that) then we go to church in the afternoon, by the time we get home there’s just enough time for dinner, then the little people go to bed and Daniel and I get to relax some more 🙂 I’ve listed some of my favorite things to do on our “Lazy Sundays”
Have a wonderful day ya’ll XO
FAMILY TIME-I love it when we all sing together as a family while Daniel plays guitar-it’s one of the reasons I fell for him after all-and Kylie is at such a fun age where she sings the songs at the top of her lungs and knows all the words. #mydreamshavecometrue
PJS + SNUGGLES-I usually wake up each morning with Kylie climbing on the bed and getting under the covers. We usually cuddle and play for 15 minutes before getting up—the others times consist of her poking my face and saying “hungry! Mama, hungry!” Today was one of those “wake mommy sweetly days”
PLANNING + TO-DO LISTS-I love making lists. Daniel says I function very well with to-do lists—and I’d have to agree. I’m very much an old fashioned girl in that I prefer pen and paper. Sunday is usually my day to plan the weeks meals, and other things I have going on that week.
BOOKS-I love reading (when I have the time 🙂 ) and I’m a sucker for self help books lol. I just find them so fascinating, and I don’t think you have to be going through anything hugely dramatic in order to benefit. I just started reading this book by Louise Hay “You Can Heal Your Life” and it’s right up my ally of interest on natural ways to keep your body, mind, spirit healthy. This along with “The Book of Mormon” are my two favs I’m alternating between right now. The BOM is probably the ultimate self help book for helping your mind, body, spirit.
COCO + NETFLIX-I’m a crazy and I like hot chocolate year round. Even when it’s 80 degrees outside (like it is now).
