“HAPPY needless turkey murder day” (“Friends” anyone? Lol I love that show).
This picture was taken two years ago when we went home for Thanksgiving and my sister took our family photos. We’ll be in need of an update soon. It’s amazing how much can change in just two years. Since then we’ve moved twice, Daniel has switched jobs, we’ve made close friends, I went blonde then back to brunette and Kylie will be a big sister in a matter of weeks.
I enjoy looking back and realizing that no matter how difficult things may get, they can change in a moment. Two years really isn’t a long time, and we’re in a completely different and better place now than we were then. Likewise, things can change for the worse (I know this from experience as well). I say this not to dishearten, but to encourage ya’ll to appreciate the good moments, be thankful for what you have, and never take those who love you for granted.
