I’ve heard that there a tons of different ways to make ramen, and lately I’ve been obsessed with pho & bun bowls. So I decided to be adventurous and make my own spin on ramen/pho (one of these days I’ll actually attempt the real thing, but I didn’t have the energy to go get all the ingredients).
Ps, I never really measure stuff out when I cook, so just know that everything I put can be changed to however much or little you want of it.
NEEDS:
1 pack of ramen (don’t use the seasoning packet)
cabbage
green onion
any kind of meat you want
1 egg
hosier sauce
ginger paste
1 bouillon cube (chicken flavor)
HOW TO:
Boil cabbage & onion and meat (if it needs to cook, I just used precooked ham so added it at the end) in water (adjust water to however much soup you are going to want)
After 5 minutes add the ramen noodles (better if you don’t break apart), bouillon cube, 1 tbls hosier sauce, 2 tsp ginger paste
Once noodles are softened add egg & meat if using precooked
pour into bowls
add more hosier sauce if needed, and some more fresh green onion.
ENJOY!
